Rafael Nadal forced out from US Open Semi-final With Knee Injury!

The world number one was out as Juan Martin del Porto reaches final.
Rafael Nadal was 7-1, 6-2 down against Del Potro when he withdrew from the tournament after suffering a recurrence of the tendinitis that forced him earlier in the year.
The Argentina Potro was leading 7-1,6-2 in their US Open semi-final when Nadal quit because of the latest problem with his perennially painful knees. Having felt the recurrence of tendinitis in his knee early in the first set, Nadal struggled to reach the end of the second set before quitting.
The Spainard said 'I cant say that i am happy because i am not' Nadal said  "But, yes he's a player who went through lot of issue during his career, like me. I know how tough this is. i know how much frustration you feel when you cant do the things that you want to do. He knows that very well too.
Nadal’s knee was wrapped with a bandage during most of the match

Nadal is next to play at the China Open in the first week of October, but possiblity that he will not compete again this year, although that could damage his hopes of finishing 2018 as the year-end world No1.
This is the fourth time in Nadal career that he has failed to finish a Grand Slam tournament. He pulled out with a knee problem in the third set of his 2010 Australia Open quarter-final against Andy Murray, he also dropped out of 2016 French Open before the third round because of a wrist injury and retired in the fifth set againast Marin Cilic in this year's Australian Open quater-finals after damaging a hip muscle.
