Fabregas and Semaan had to put their wedding party plans on hold due to his team-mates' football commitments
Fabregas and Semaan - who have three children together - finally tied the knot in May, but waited until their friends and family are available to celebrate their marriage.
Dressed in all white, the Chelsea midfielder took his partner by the hand as they looked lovingly into each other's eyes.
The 33-year-old uploaded a picture to his Instagram account, captioning the snap: "Cheers to a lifetime together Daniella Semaan."

Semaan has two children from a previous relationship with property tycoon Elie Taktouk.
The ex-Arsenal ace has returned to Cobham to take part in pre-season training after being given time away to celebrate his marriage.
He will be hoping to feature against Inter Milan on Saturday when Chelsea play their first game of the International Champions Cup.
While the 2010 World Cup winner will also be looking to impress against his former employers when the FA Cup holders face the  Gunners next Wednesday.
