Kobe and Bryant and his daughter Gianna who is known as GiGi tragically died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas on Sunday, January 26. The 13 year old daughter as also on board the helicon[pter and died in the crash.

Both father and daughter were on their way to the Mamba sports academy for a basketball practice when they died in the helicopter crash.
