Wayne Rooney arrested in Washington.

The ex England player was last year arrested by the armed police for public intoxication which occured on the 16th December.
 The ex Everton player, who now play for DC United, last month committed the offence and was arrested by the Metropolitan Washington Airport Auhtority at Dulles airport, which is near to his club stadium for a class four misdemeanor before being released without bail.
Wayne is due for court hearing on 24th of Janaury, but this has been waived after he paid some charges earlier this month.
A Spokesman for Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said: "he was booked into the Loudoun County Adult Detention Centre on December 16,2018, on a charge of public intoxication stemming from an arrest by the metropolitan WashingtonAirport Authority police (MWAA)
Wayne public arrest came when he was left "disorientated" by prescribed sleeping tablets he took on a flight while drinking said his spokesman.
After the arrest he receieved a statutory automatic fine and was released shortly afterwards at the airport.
The England legend's club D.C United said " We understand the media's interest in this matter but believe this is private matter for Wayne that D.C United will handle internally. We have no futher comment.
Rooney was in Saudi Arabia on Dec 15 for the Riyadh Formula E Grand prix.

He was seen three days later in Cheshire as he returned home for Christmas.
